Das pompöse Schwarze / Black is beautiful

Ich lernte sie letztes Jahr während dem Kongress für Hochzeiten in Las Vegas kennen. Wir haben also dieselbe Passion – die Fotografie. Wir fragten uns vorab was wir wohl zusammen für Projekte umsetzen könnten & haben Ideen ausgeheckt.

Es ist ja bekannt, dass wir Fotografen nicht gerne vor der Kamera stehen ;). Uns ist aber auch bewusst (man kriegt das von den Besten immer wieder zu hören), dass wir besser verstehen werden, von was wir reden, wenn man selber mal vor der Kamera gestanden hat. Also war dies eines unserer grössten Ziele & an der Zeit…

Hinzu kommt, dass wir beide ein grosser Fan von Sue Bryce & Ihren Künsten sind. Sie ist nicht nur eine tolle Persönlichkeit & eine super Fotografin, sie ist auch eine wirklich talentierte Designerin. Sie kreiert oftmals die Kleider für Ihre Shootings nach Ihren ganz eigenen Vorstellungen & legt selber Hand an, bis ins feinste Detail! Wow!

So haben wir mal einen kleinen Schritt gewagt & uns mit dem Tüll vergnügt:)

During my education in the U.S. I visited my friend in Crescent City, California – which is 7 hours away from San Francisco.

I met her last year at WPPI, the wedding convention in Las Vegas. We both share the same passion – photography. When we decided that I’ll go and visit her, we were thinking about different projects we could do together.

It is not a secret, that most photographers don’t like to stand in front of a camera 😉 We all know (and we hear that all the time from the bests), that we learn to understand our job better, if we know how it feels like standing on a set as a model;) So this was one of our goals.

Additionally, we both love the work of Sue Bryce. Her work is art! She is a wonderful person & a really great photographer. Besides that she is also a very talented designer! Most of the time, she creates her clothes for the shootings by herself which is simply amazing!

In that case we took the chance & created our own with tulle.
